Dr. Hasibe Aysan is an accomplished academic and former banking professional with expertise in business administration, international trade, and organizational management. A top graduate of Marmara University’s English Business Administration program (2003), she began her career in banking, specializing in international trade finance, foreign exchange, and country credits, while completing her MBA in Istanbul. She earned her Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2019, focusing on organizational theory, legitimacy, professional divisions, and business history. Currently, she is a faculty member and Department Head at Ostim Technical University, with research interests in strategic management, innovation, and organizational dynamics. Dr. Aysan actively coordinates Erasmus and EU projects, collaborates with international universities, and serves as an evaluator in accreditation processes. Since 2021, she has contributed to the Star Accreditation Economic Enterprise committees. She balances her academic career with family life and personal interests in table tennis and cross-stitching, aiming to further expand her international impact through research and collaboration.

Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı (Vice Rector)
OSTIM Technical University Faculty Member and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı has received his Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration-Management and Organization. Then in 2010, he became an Associate Professor in “Management and Organization”, becoming a Professor in 2015. He completed his Post-Doctoral studies at Rochester Bittner School of Business-USA with a TÜBİTAK scholarship and served as a Faculty Member at the Military Academy and Baskent University of Ankara for many years. He was involved in important scientific projects at the Turkish Armed Forces and served as the Director of the European Union Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sığrı gave seminars and participated in research projects in various international organizations such as NATO, United Nations, European Union and Council of Europe. He has published many international and national books, articles and papers in the fields of Management and Organizational Behavior.

Assist. Prof. Üyesi Zehra Fırat
Zehra Fırat graduated from Ankara University SBF Public Finance Department in 2004. She gained the SMMM title in 2008, and worked in Türk Telekom AŞ. between 2010-2012. While she was the manager of a private enterprise of her own, she started her academic career by getting a master's degree in business administration at Gelişim University. She had the PhD degree from the same university in 2020 working on internal auditing. She has studies on issues such as measuring the performance of internal audit and raising awareness. She serves on various international congress committees science and advisory boards.

Assist. Prof. Öykü Yücel
Öykü Yücel graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Business Administration with a BS degree in Management. Upon completing her thesis on Capital Asset Pricing Models, she received her MS degree from Ankara University Business Administration Department. She completed her Ph.D. at Ankara University Faculty of Political Science, Business Administration Department. Her research interests are green energy, renewable energy applications, electricity market pricing, ESG investing, sustainable finance, economic & financial aspects of smart cities.

Research Assist. Seray Kağıtçı Candan
Seray Kağıtcı graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Trade in 2018. Immediately after her undergraduate degree in 2018, she started her Master's Degree at Ankara University, Master of Business Administration. At the same time, she worked in the foreign trade departments of various companies in the fields of export and international marketing. After completing her master's degree with thesis titled "Analysis of Micro Factors that Determining the Exporter Characteristics of SMEs: A Mixed Method Research on OSTİM Clusters", she started her doctorate studies at Ankara University, Business Administration in 2021. Research Assistant Seray Kağıtcı also continues to work as an Assistant Specialist at the OSTİMTECH Entrepreneurship and Leadership Application and Research Center.

Research Assist. Sevdenur Tural
She double majored in Economics and Business Administration and graduated from Koç University in 2018. Later on, she continued her academic education with an integrated phD program in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in Ankara University. Her research interests are precarious employment, social inequalities and sustainable development. She was also a recipient of TÜBİTAK 2211 phD scholarship.

Meltem Özge Özcanlı Ph.D.
Meltem Özcanlı (Ph.D.) received her Master’s degree from Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Business Administration in 2014, and earned a Ph.D in Management and Organization from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2022. She worked as a research assistant at METU, Department of Business Administration between 2012 and 2019, and at Social Sciences University of Ankara between 2019 and 2021. She has published research on international diffusion of public policies, corporate social responsibility, and global governance in national and international journals and books. She has started to work as a part-time lecturer at Ostim Technical University, Department of International Trade and Finance in 2023.
Abdullah Erdoğan Ph.D.
Abdullah Erdoğan(Ph.D.) who has received his bachelor's degree in Economics and his master's and doctorate degrees in Management and Organization studied the relationship between IT and innovation in the Istanbul Stock Exchange companies in his master's dissertation. He studied Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry -1000 Enterprises in his PdD dissertation and he determined the I4.0 awareness and maturity level of the Turkish Industry (2023). He worked as a project manager and has been working as a section head in Defense Industry projects and carried out practical studies in strategic planning areas. Regarding NATO duties, he served in Afghanistan between 2010-2011 and in Belgium between 2020-2022. In addition to National and NATO experiences in project management, Dr. Abdullah Erdoğan, who has international PMI, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner and ITIL4 certifications, has given lectures on project management at OSTİM Technical University.
Ümit Ercan Ph.D.
Lawyer Dr. Ümit Ercan was born in 1974 in Merzifon/Amasya. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1996 as a 'Systems Engineer.' During his military career, he served in short-term NATO and EU missions in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Macedonia. He attended various courses in the USA on behalf of the Turkish Armed Forces and completed part of his master's education at the US Naval Postgraduate School. He holds a master's and a doctorate degree in Defence Management. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2009. He has taught courses on Management and Organization, Leadership, Communication Techniques, Military Criminal and Disciplinary Law at the National Defense University. Additionally, he has provided training to personnel from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bosnia, and Macedonia at the NATO Partnership for Peace School. He has taught various law courses at Başkent University and the National Defense University. He currently teaches Introduction to International Trade and Trade Law at Ostim Technical University. He continues to practice law at his law office, Ümit Law & Consultancy, which he founded."
