​Dr. Hasibe Aysan is an accomplished academic and former banking professional with expertise in business administration, international trade, and organizational management. A top graduate of Marmara University’s English Business Administration program (2003), she began her career in banking, specializing in international trade finance, foreign exchange, and country credits, while completing her MBA in Istanbul. She earned her Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2019, focusing on organizational theory, legitimacy, professional divisions, and business history. Currently, she is a faculty member and Department Head at Ostim Technical University, with research interests in strategic management, innovation, and organizational dynamics. Dr. Aysan actively coordinates Erasmus and EU projects, collaborates with international universities, and serves as an evaluator in accreditation processes. Since 2021, she has contributed to the Star Accreditation Economic Enterprise committees. She balances her academic career with family life and personal interests in table tennis and cross-stitching, aiming to further expand her international impact through research and collaboration.
