Abdullah Erdoğan(Ph.D.) who has received his bachelor's degree in Economics and his master's and doctorate degrees in Management and Organization studied the relationship between IT and innovation in the Istanbul Stock Exchange companies in his master's dissertation. He studied Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry -1000 Enterprises in his PdD dissertation and he determined the I4.0 awareness and maturity level of the Turkish Industry (2023). He worked as a project manager and has been working as a section head in Defense Industry projects and carried out practical studies in strategic planning areas. Regarding NATO duties, he served in Afghanistan between 2010-2011 and in Belgium between 2020-2022. In addition to National and NATO experiences in project management, Dr. Abdullah Erdoğan, who has international PMI, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner and ITIL4 certifications, has given lectures on project management at OSTİM Technical University.
