Mine Pekdemir began her undergraduate studies in Finance at Dokuz Eylül University in 2019. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University's Finance Department in 2023. That same year, she started her Master's program in Finance at Kırıkkale University, where she is currently continuing her studies. Her research areas include fiscal policy, tax law, and public expenditures.​
